Our Services

We provide compassionate and considerate care in the following

Community Participation

  • Being in and about will help you with learning new skills or build on your existing skills to give you more independence in your life
  • Socialise and make connections, create a network of friends
  • Network and find out about new opportunities and supports that you can be involved in.
  • Increase you independence and ability to live on your own and look after yourself.

House Hold Assistance

  • Essential cleaning is offered across all areas that are regularly used by our client within their own home.
    These include:
    • bathrooms
    • toilets
    • kitchens
    • laundries
    • living areas and bedrooms.
  • Support workers undertake tasks such as cleaning stoves tops, wiping down bench tops and inside fridges as well as vacuuming or mopping floors, dusting, dishwashing, changing bed linen, washing, drying and doing essential ironing.
  • Assistance with Daily Living is a support category under the Core support budget

Daily Living Assistance

  • Some specific daily personal activities that you might be interested to use NDIS funding for:
    • Someone to get yourself ready for the day (like bathing, dressing and more
    • Someone to get assistance for meal preparation.
    • Someone to help to provide assistance with tasks like cleaning and more.
    • Someone to help you to move around the community, driving to a place or assistance with public transport.
    • Someone to book appointment for the person with disability.

Respite

  • We are offering a Respite Care if you want to stay away from home for up to 14 days or stay within your own envirnment.
  • We provide any kind of respites that meets your requirements.

Travel- transport

  • Support with the public transport such as bus, trains, trams and taxis.
  • Support to the one who can drive a private vehicle.

Accommodation

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation and Assistance (or respite)..
